VACUUM DEGASSING SYSTEMS

Vacuum Degassing and Oil Filling Systems, Standard or Customised to your requirements

UK Designed, Manufactured and Maintained

Many applications require the re-circulation of the media (usually oil or resin) within a measured and controlled vacuum environment to remove air bubbles and ensure that deaeration of the product is complete.

MechaTech Systems are specialists in the design, manufacture and maintainance of standard and customised vacuum degassing systems for small batch and bulk media types, manual or automated.

From simple resin degassing pots, to fully automated vacuum degassing and oil filling systems, for a wide variety of degassing applications, where more controlled degasification is needed. Heat can also be employed to speed up the degassing process.
