MechaTech Systems specialise in the design, manufacture and support of customised Vacuum Dryers and Vacuum Drying Systems. We work regularly with nuclear decommissioning sites, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers and a variety of industries and research centres providing vacuum drying solutions and R&D services throughout the UK and overseas.

Vacuum Dryers range from small units for R&D, to pilot and production scale Vacuum Drying Systems for drying sensitive materials such as pharmaceutical materials, food and beverage, waste materials etc. Options include control automation, variable shelf temperatures and chamber sizes to suit your product, capacity and application requirements;

DESIGN

Our in-house design team work closely with the customer to deliver capital projects according to their User Requirement Specification (URS). Each system is carefully designed to include best quality, readily available component parts, safeguarding the longevity of the equipment and ensuring that maintenance is straightforward.

TRIALS

Small scale trials using in-house lab scale vacuum dryers are undertaken at our facility in Bristol, UK. Following completion of the vacuum drying trials, reports are provided.

SERVICES

  • Design, installation and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) in the client's presence

  • Comprehensive FAT programme, submitted to the client for approval

  • Installation, commissioning and operator training

  • 12 months standard warranty - extendable to 24 months with a service contract (terms apply)

  • A maintenance contract if required
